Moves & old tub removal
Moving a hot tub to a new spot or a new house, or hauling an old one away.
Want a hot tub on the 4th floor? Let's plan it.
Townhomes and high-rise patios are some of the best spots for a hot tub, and the trickiest to get one into. We work it out before anything moves.
- Access: stairs, doors and turns measured, or a crane or lift when the tub won't fit inside.
- Weight: a filled hot tub can weigh several thousand pounds, so we size the tub to the space and recommend a structural engineer sign off on the deck or floor.
- Power: most hot tubs need a dedicated 240V circuit with a GFCI disconnect, put in by a licensed electrician. We coordinate it.
- HOA & building rules: we help you get what your HOA or building manager asks for.

Good to know
Can you put a hot tub on a balcony or an upper floor?
Often, yes. It comes down to weight and access. A filled hot tub with people in it can weigh several thousand pounds, so the floor or deck has to be built for it; we recommend a structural engineer confirm before placement. Then we plan how it gets up there: stairs, a lift or a crane.
What electrical work does a hot tub need?
Most full-size hot tubs need a dedicated 240V circuit with a GFCI disconnect near the tub. That work has to be done by a licensed electrician; we coordinate it so it's ready on install day. Some small plug-in models run on a regular 120V outlet.
What does the $150 inspection cover?
Heater, pumps, jets, blower, control panel, sensors, GFCI, plumbing and visible leaks, shell, cover, filter and water condition. You get a written report with what needs fixing first and what can wait.
Do you repair all brands?
We work on most major brands of hot tubs and spas. Tell us the brand and model in the form and what it's doing, and we'll let you know.
How soon can you come out?
We call or text within one business day to set a time. If it's urgent, like a leak or a tub that won't shut off, say so in the form.
How much does a new installation cost?
It depends on the tub, the spot, access and power. Ground-level patio installs are the simplest; upper floors with a crane cost more. We give you a clear quote after we see the space.
